Buenos Aires, Argentina, December - Say Hueque (sayhueque.com) launches a new tour to discover the best regions of South America. This trip allows travelers to experience an authentic adventure trough the diverse landscapes of the Southern Cone. A 12 days/ 11 night trip exploring the magnificent lands of Peru, Brazil & Argentina.

This new itinerary has been expressly designed for adventure travelers who not only want to live a traditional trip, but to discover the wonders of this extraordinary and unique region of the world experiencing the local costumes and traditions. The per-person rate begins at $2225 double and includes accommodations, some meals, transfers, excursions and guide fees.

“At Say Hueque, we love to transform regular trips into unique opportunities to experience truly encounters with the local traditions and the purest landscapes. We designed Best of South America with the objective of providing travelers a taste of the diversity of this incredible continent, enjoying the wonders of the region: Cuzco, Buenos Aires, Iguazu and Rio de Janeiro ” said Rafa Mayer, Say Hueque’s Founder and Team Leader

This tour starts in the colonial city of Cuzco, a picturesque town full of history where travelers can learn about Inca Empire and be amazed with the most representative monuments of the city with an exclusive guided tour. At the end of the day, tourist will head to the top of the city to visit the remains of the fortresses of Sacsayhuaman and Puka Pukara, enjoying a dazzling panoramic view of Cuzco.
During the second day the beautiful town of Chincheros and the spectacularly Inca Sites of Maras and Moray will be explored. Here, travelers can appreciate more than 100 small pools fed by a salt-water mountain spring interconnected by channels.

On the next day guests will be driven along the Urubamba River valley to explore the magnificent scenic Sacred Valley, where the Awana Kancha and the historic town of Pisac and its representative market will be visited before heading the amazing Ollantaytambo fortress, the perfect place to delight with the developed architectural sense of the Incas.

The next 2 days will be used to explore the most iconic archaeological wonder of South America. Traveling by train though the Andean landscapes to reach Aguas Calientes – the nearest town to Machu Pichu – and then taking a bus to the once hidden citadel will allow adventurers to be amazed by the breathtaking surroundings and learn about the past and mysteries of one of the most magical places of the world. We strongly recommend climbing the Huayana Picchu Mountain to see the sunrise in the Machu Picchu citadel, with magnificent 390 meters views.

On the sixth day passengers will fly to Buenos Aires to enjoy a half day city tour, which will show the historical and political center of the city, the main neighborhoods and the most representative monuments, palaces and parks of the city. The tour includes a visit to the magnificent Colón Theatre, considered one of the best in the world for its size, acoustics and history. The 7th day finishes with one of Buenos Aires’ most emblematic cultural highlights: a Dinner & Tango Show, which offers an incredible demonstration of the finest local dancing, accompanied by a delicious Argentine dinner with the best Malbec.

The eight day will be left to fly to Iguazu, the gate to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world: Iguazu Falls. During the next two days, travelers will visit the Argentine and also the Brazilian side of the falls accompanied by a guide. He will show the secrets and hidden spots of the National Parks that will let you enjoy intimate and panoramic views of more than 270 waterfalls. After visiting the Brazilian side of the falls on the 10th day, visitors will fly to Rio de Janeiro, where the exotic mix of beach and mountains fuses with colonial and modern neighborhoods at the vibrant sound of Samba. On the last two days, tourist will be left to explore the two major landmarks of Brazil: Corcovado Mountain and the Sugar Loaf, enjoying a spectacular view of the entire city surrounded by green mountains and sea. .

As Say Hueque owner Rafael Mayer explains “We are fun-loving travel professionals who have personally visited each destination throughout the region and over the past 15 years we have provided excellent holidays to thousands of happy travelers worldwide.”

Established in 1999, the company creates customized tours for independent travelers throughout Argentina’s, Chile´s and Brazil’s national parks and cities. Popular destinations and experiences include Buenos Aires, Iguassu Falls, Perito Moreno Glacier, hiking in Patagonia, wine tasting in Mendoza, horseback riding at traditional estancias and glacier cruises.

Say Hueque adopted its name from the last tribal chief that surrendered to the Europeans in their conquest of the American lands, in 1885. The Great Cacique Say Hueque was the leader of a powerful tribe that occupied the region of central Patagonia. Their cultural influence is still very strong at some locations close to the Andes Range.
