Southern California eBike company, Aventon, has been busy lately. Over the past few months, the brand has launched several new and updated bikes. Heck, just in the last few days, they hinted at a new mid-drive full-suspension eMTB. But today, Aventon launches the new and improved Pace 4.

The Pace 4 is the quintessential eBike cruiser. This time around, it combines smart bike tech, comfy frame geometry, and enhanced touch points to create a fun-filled ride.

Aventon designed the Pace 4 for those who need a bike for errands around town, to enjoy a ride along the beach, or just to explore their neighborhood.

With the 500W motor and Aventon’s torque sensor tech, the Pace is ready for any situation. It has 3 customizable levels of pedal assist, so you can dial in your level of effort.

Aventon has also added new security features to the new Pace 4, like GPS tracking, unusual activity detection, rear wheel lock, and more. These new features will ensure you can focus on the ride.

The Aventon Control Unit (ACU)

The Aventon Control Unit (ACU) can help keep you fully protected and always connected at the same time. The security features include GPS tracking, auto-lock, unusual movement detection, an alarm system, and additional features to keep your ride safe and secure. When tooling around, you can rely on GPS tracking, 4G connection, and cloud synchronization to get your bike stats in real-time.

The smart remote locking lets you immobilize your bike from the Aventon App. Geofencing allows you to define the areas allowed and the distances prohibited. With the startup password and keyless battery, there is one less key on your key ring. Plus, you can activate the locking mechanism that keeps the rear wheel from rotating, adding another level of security.

The Pace 4 is a class 2 eBike with a range of up to 70 miles. It also comes equipped with Aventon’s new ACU Technology. You can Ride Tune and customize the Pace 4 assist levels through the app, and it can carry up to 300lbs. It will be available in three colors: Flint, Mica, and Blue Steel.
